- Site fee check (Amount based on application date)
- $100 deposit check (to be deposited in the market’s account and re-issued to the vendor by October 31st in the absence of any policy violations for 2018)
Complete and return application by 5pm May 21, 2018 for regular booth fee ($110 Standard / $25 Non-Profit). Applications received after that date will cost $135.
Grower Eligibility Requirements:
All fresh produce and agricultural products must be Colorado-grown, and not purchased from a retailer.
Artisan Eligibility Requirements:
All arts must maintain the sense of an outdoor market (nothing mass produced). Vendors will be juried to maintain the highest quality and limit duplication of product.
Hot Food Requirements:
Food must be prepared in a commercial State Health Department approved kitchen and then reheated to serve at the market or sold in preserved form. Vendor setup must include a hand washing station. Each vendor must have an application to Conduct a Special Event Food Facility and Food Booth worksheet in addition to a Temporary/Special event Retail Food Service License available from Garfield County Public Health Department before participating in the market.
Colorado Cottage Foods Act Certain:
NonPotentially Hazardous foods do not require a State approved commercial kitchen. These include spices, teas, dehydrated produce, nuts, seed, honey, jams, jellies, baked goods, and eggs. Credit Card Sales:
The market will be offering wooden tokens for credit card sales . All vendors are required to accept the black $10 tokens and give appropriate change. Vendors will be reimbursed by the Market the following week. Please read the EBT-Debit agreement form on our website for more details.
The market will be using wooden tokens for individuals with SNAP/EBT cards (formerly known as food stamps.) These red $1 tokens can only be accepted by certain vendors in exchange for non-hot food items, and change cannot be given. Please read the EBT-Debit agreement form on our website for more details.
Vendor Set up and Break down:
It is expected and required that all vendors are open from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Late set up/early breakdown could result in loss of deposit.

Direct Sales Booths:
Limited space available for direct sale booths. First come first serve basis.
Nonprofits receive a reduced fee of $25, along with the $100 deposit. No religious or political affiliations.
