- $50 Vendor Fee
- $100 deposit check (to be deposited in the market’s account and re-issued to the vendor by October 31st in the absence of any policy violations for 2020)
Market Eligibility
Grower Eligibility Requirements:
All fresh produce and agricultural products must be Colorado-grown, and not purchased from a retailer.
Hot Food Requirements:
Food must be prepared in a commercial State Health Department approved kitchen and then reheated to serve at the market or sold in preserved form. Vendor setup must include a hand washing station. Each vendor must have an application to Conduct a Special Event Food Facility and Food Booth worksheet in addition to a Temporary/Special event Retail Food Service License available from Garfield County Public Health Department before participating in the market.
Colorado Cottage Foods Act Certain:
Non-Potentially Hazardous foods do not require a State approved commercial kitchen. These include spices, teas, dehydrated produce, nuts, seed, honey, jams, jellies, baked goods, and eggs. Market Information
Credit Card Sales:
In addition to online credit card sales, the 2020 market will be accepting cash, SNAP, and Double-Up Food Bucks upon pick up each Friday evening. Please read the EBT-Debit agreement form on our website for more details.
SNAP/EBT Sales:
The market will be using wooden tokens for individuals with SNAP/EBT cards (formerly known as food stamps.) These red $1 tokens can only be accepted by certain vendors in exchange for non-hot food items, and change cannot be given. Please read the EBT-Debit agreement form on our website for more details.
Nonprofit Booths:
Nonprofits receive a reduced fee of $25, along with the $100 deposit. No religious or political affiliations.
